In September, we improved several key elements of how you can use the Waitlist. These new workflows are only available on the new Workspace Calendar.

1. Invite waitlisted customers to book via text
2. Invite waitlisted customers to book via email
3. Create a re-usable waitlist texting template with event details and a booking link.

New Workspace Calendar

We have kept up improving the new workspace Calendar to meet your needs.

1. Your default settings are now saved, whether for a weekly or monthly calendar.
2. You can effortlessly add a new timeslot to an existing event and offer it again to customers. See how this works on the new Calendar
3. You can also modify existing timeslots. See how to do this on the new Calendar.
