How long does it take to switch to Occasion?

The full switch typically takes a couple of days, but your business won’t be affected during the transition. There’s no downtime. You can keep operating as usual while we handle the setup in the background.

What happens to my existing bookings and customer data?

We’ll migrate everything for you — your bookings, customers, and schedule move with you. Nothing gets left behind, so you can pick up right where you left off.

Will I lose bookings during the switch?

No. There’s no downtime and no interruptions to your sales. You keep running your business while we set everything up.

What if my team isn’t very tech-savvy?
