Occasion Product Updates and Bug Fixes - June 2023
As you may or may not know, we are in the process of redesigning Occasion and making product improvements that will make your life easier and your customer's experience even better.
Last month, we updated the rosters, checkout experience, user tools, and more. Keep reading to find out what we’ve been working on!
Rosters Are Easier Than Ever
Gone are the days of having to navigate your roster through View Complete Report. Instead, set up your Roster information through Settings and you can simply print the Roster PDF straight from your calendar with all of the necessary information.

Venue Address Verification
Be sure to verify your venue address in Occasion. It increases accuracy and customers are more likely to trust a verified business. The video below will show you how to update your venue address.
If you're unable to verify your address in Occasion because the location isn't verified on Google, here is a step-by-step article that includes a video on how to do so. Once verified, updating your location in Occasion will be a breeze.
Checkout Experience Updates
We're working on updating your customer's checkout experience. There are two potential versions we are testing.

Note that you may want to open them in a private browser because once you fill out the first one, the information is cached and will auto fill the second.
Bug Fixes
Orders
✅ Orders were getting stuck in Pending Payment status
✅ Quick Order was not allowing late registration or pro-rated pricing
✅ Order that had a coupon applied could not be canceled
Reminder: Canceling an order does not refund it, the two steps are separate.
✅ Additional attendee names were not showing on rosters
✅ Attendee fields were not populating for additional guest on the booking page

Operations
✅ The Call-to-Action button was not working on booking pages for Darian and Runic website calendars
✅ Viewing customer profiles was causing the page to crash
