July Release Notes

We know that you, our Partners, hire us to do one job and that is to take bookings from customers. We want to be the best employee at this job, but if we're being honest, we haven't been up to par lately. That said, here is what we've been working on to improve.

We have added a place for you or your customers to send an error report our way, directly from the booking page. Look under the "Book Now" button for a link that reads, "Send an error report." This will be sent directly to us so we can attempt to debug the issue.

We now have three checkout versions: V2 (live since 2020), V3 (live since May 2023) and V5 (tentatively going live in September 2023.)

1. V2, most stable but uses old technology
2. V3, most up to date but has some Safari realted issues (the version you're likely using now)
3. V5, design forward, very clearn and still under testing
   ‍

Our goals for checkout are very clear and this is how we're focusing our energy:

1. Highest conversions on checkout with a cleaner design and debugging reported errors
2. Diligently track errors and fix them through automated error logging
3. Become pro-active rather than reactive through internal dashboards for conversion tracking

How we are focusing on our goals:

1. More automated error logging to help identify repeatable culprits
2. Giving customers a way to send error reports (this will remove the back and forth)
3. Building internal dashboards for conversion tracking
